Issuing Additional Copy or True Copy of the Original Judicial Guarantees from the Files Kept at the ACC's Records
:Introduction
Guarantor or Guaranteed Person may obtain an Additional Copy or a True Copy of the Original Judicial Guarantees from the files kept at the ACC's records by submitting a Written Letter by either the Guarantor or the Guaranteed Person as follows:
First: Required Documents:
1. Submit a Written Letter signed Actual signature by the Guarantor, and it is necessary that the signature on the Letter matches with the specimen signature on the Guarantee document's copy that is kept on files by the ACC's records, or the Guaranteed Person may submit a Written Letter to the ACC provided that s/he signs on the Letter in front of the competent employee at the ACC, and the applicant shall present an Original valid Personal Identity Card.
2. Applicant should present the additional Original copy of the Guarantee needed to be endorsed as an additional copy, or s/he may bring forward the Original Guarantee authenticated by the ACC from which a True Copy will be obtained of; otherwise, the competent employee may refer to the one that is kept on file at the ACC's record to take a copy of it.
Second: Procedures:
1. Check with the Membership Services Information Desk employee to obtain a turn number.
2. After receiving and checking the application, the competent employee will verify the documents and take the necessary action, and then the prescribed fees will be collected.
3. An "Additional Copy" will be endorsed by the competent employee, or a Copy of the Original will be stamped as "True Copy"; then, either an "Additional Copy" or a "True Copy" will be stamped with the ACC Official Stamp and signed by the authorized employee; the employee then hand it over to the applicant.

An "Additional Copy" will be endorsed by the competent employee, or a Copy of the Original will be stamped as "True Copy"; then, either an "Additional Copy" or a "True Copy" will be stamped with the ACC Official Stamp and signed by the authorized employee; the employee then hand it over to the applicant.
Third: Fees Required:
1. Registered Trader Guarantor at the ACC with an Establishment or a Company capital of Five Thousand JD and more: Fees collected for issuing an "Additional Copy" or a "True Copy" of the Original Judicial Guarantee will be Four JD.
2. Registered Trader Guarantor at the ACC with an Establishment or a Company capital less than Five Thousand JD: Fees collected for issuing an "Additional Copy" or a "True Copy" of the Original Judicial Guarantee will be Two JD.
3. Not registered at the ACC Guarantor (Individual): Fees collected for issuing an "Additional Copy" or a "True Copy" of the Original Judicial Guarantee will be Four JD.
1. Registered Trader Guarantor at the ACC with an Establishment or a Company capital of Five Thousand JD and more: Fees collected for issuing an "Additional Copy" or a "True Copy" of the Original Judicial Guarantee will be Four JD.
2. Registered Trader Guarantor at the ACC with an Establishment or a Company capital less than Five Thousand JD: Fees collected for issuing an "Additional Copy" or a "True Copy" of the Original Judicial Guarantee will be Two JD.
3. Not registered at the ACC Guarantor (Individual): Fees collected for issuing an "Additional Copy" or a "True Copy" of the Original Judicial Guarantee will be Four JD.
